Project Assurance delivers mail for less

The University's mail exchange relay system service, which pushes mail to Office 365, has been upgraded to reduce the risk of support issues with mail flow.

Onsite Exchange hybrid servers handle email flow between the cloud hosted Office 365 and onsite email services. These hybrid servers required upgrading to align them better with Office 365 requirements. The team behind the project were able to deliver the project with significantly reduced costs and reduced risk of unplanned downtime, by employing project assurance principles.
