New Project : Business Reporting and Analytics Service Enhancement

A new project has begun to carry out analysis of the existing Business Reporting and Analytics Service which is currently set up to provide support for SAP Business Objects BI Suite.

The Reporting and Analytics service is currently configured to support SAP BI Suite a single authorised BI Tool.

As new BI Tools become supported centrally the Reporting and Analytics Service will need to be enhanced to ensure that the levels and types of service are appropriate.

This service improvement project will review and enhance; BI MI Service Operating Model; BI MI Security Policies; Improved understanding of end user Training needs.

This will mean that users have access to an enterprise robust tools support service.
