Stable Services over Christmas and New Year break

IS Applications Production Management have reported that the University systems service availability was excellent over the Christmas and New Year break.

All services were stable and fully available over the period from 24-DEC-2016 to 03-JAN-2017. While support arrangements and checks were in place over the closure period to cover possible incidents, no staff had to be called to work over the closure period.
