Physical exercise is also great for mental wellbeing. The University's Sport and Exercise team have made a number of online classes and tutorials available to help.
New Outdoor Exercise, Walks and Classes
With the latest restrictions on outdoor exercise easing, we are excited to offer our outdoor bootcamps at Peffermill. Join the Sport & Exercise team every Monday and Thursday from 6 to 7pm for 5 weeks for a challenging, but fun, outdoor workout. Limited spaces available so book now to secure your space!
Sport & Exercise are delighted to announce another new block of Group X activity is now live to book featuring bootcamps, tai chi and yoga!
The block will begin on Monday 12th April and each course will run for 5 weeks, bookable via the below link. For the online courses attendees will be sent a Zoom link/password by email and bootcamp members will be sent a welcome email beforehand with the relevant information needed.
Active Lives will be offering regular weekly walks from central campus and easter bush campus. Keep an eye on our Keep Active page for more info.

The University Sports Union has more than 60 sports clubs you can join.
During revision and exams, the Sports Union offers one-off taster events to help manage stress.
