Keeping active is not only vital for your physical health but for your mental health too. Discover events and resources to boost your mood.

We currently offer a variety of workshops and outdoor activities to help keep you active. You can choose from Yoga, Self-Defence or Weightlifting workshops as well as outdoor Bootcamps:

All workshops are delivered by experienced instructors who will guide you through the programme week by week until you are confident practising your new skills in your own time.

Active Wellbeing Colour Run

Are you ready for an explosion of colour? Run or walk with us through a vibrant rainbow explosion of coloured paint powder, whilst having lots of fun alongside other students and staff from both The University of Edinburgh and Heriot-Watt University.

Learn to Run

Runners
Lace up your trainers and take on the New Year with our FREE 10-week couch to 5k programme! It is designed for beginners and teaches techniques to help grow your confidence and stamina.
