Lace up your trainers and take on the New Year with our FREE 10-week couch to 5k programme! It is designed for beginners and teaches techniques to help grow your confidence and stamina.
Just Play Sport Sessions
The just play sport sessions are open to all our University students and staff of all abilities and are an opportunity to try a new sport, get active and make new friends.
