We currently offer a variety of workshops and outdoor activities to help keep you active. These sessions include Yoga and online Tai Chi workshops as well as outdoor Bootcamps at Easter Bush and Peffermill.

Runners
Join our Active Lives team for a FREE 10-week running programme. It is designed for beginners and teaches techniques to help grow your confidence and stamina.
