The University follows a defined policy to administer Course Enhancement Questionnaires (CEQs). CEQs are central to the University’s commitment to student engagement and to its quality assurance and quality enhancement agenda. They provide a rich source of quality assessment information on the student experience.CEQs enhance learning and learning support, and can be used as an evaluative guide to changing course content and teaching. As engaged learners, students have responsibility for providing constructive feedback on their courses using CEQs. Whilst students may provide critical feedback, they should ensure that it does not breach the University’s Dignity and Respect Policy. Results of CEQs will never be analysed in a way that seeks to identify individual students from their responses. Therefore, should students wish to remain anonymous in their responses, they should make no attempt to identify themselves in their answers to the survey questionnaire, implicitly or explicitly. If you wish to read the CEQ policy in full, you can do in the PDF below.
