The University of Edinburgh, Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh Napier University and Queen Margaret University will join together in a Remembrance Day Service on Sunday 11 November 2018. Students and staff of each University are invited to attend. Families, friends and members of the public are also welcome to attend. Those attending are requested to be seated in the Playfair Library Hall in Old College not later than 10.10 a.m. Units on parade will be the City of Edinburgh Universities Officers Training Corps, the Royal Naval Reserve and the East of Scotland Universities' Air Squadron. The Pipes and Drums of the Universities Officers Training Corps will also be in attendance. At the conclusion of the Service in the Playfair Library Hall, the Services contingent will form up in the Old College Quadrangle for the Silence and the laying of wreaths.
