Informatics and ISG making our Zoom meetings more secure

Informatics and ISG Applications have been working together on a change to the University's Zoom account allowing hosts to require only authorised attendees be able to join a meeting or webinar.

This will help mitigate against unwanted or malicious disruption during meetings. 

Pending approval for release, the new feature is expected to be made available, along with guidance, in this first quarter of 2022.
