Winners Announced – IS Staff Photography Competition

The annual Information Services Group Photography Competition has announced two winners of the 2022 competition based on this year's theme of ‘connection.’

The annual Information Services Group Photography Competition has announced two winners of the 2022 competition based on this year's theme of ‘connection.’  

The winners were Senior Project Manager, Tim Gray with his photo ‘Sport Connects’ and Head of Digital Skills & Training, Jenni Houston with the photo ‘Connection through Art – George Town.'

“Two children seemingly 'connecting' on a bicycle. While the bike is real, the children are painted on the wall behind. This is one of a series of interesting sculptures and murals dotted around the main city of Penang.”

Head of ISG, Gavin McLachlan, selected the winning entries which most reflected this years' theme of connection. More than 25 images were submitted for consideration for the 2022 competition and can be viewed at the Healthy Working Lives Photography Page on Microsoft Teams.

Runners up included ‘Love Locks’ by Helen Bly, ‘Polar Bears’ by Marcello Crolla, ‘Queensferry Crossing’ by Tim Gray. The most popular photograph, as voted for by other staff members on the Microsoft Teams channel, was the ‘Food and Love’ image from Kevin Brogan.
