Exchange Diary and Mail Service
Our integrated diary and mail service allows you to:
- send and receive email correspondence
- schedule meeting appointments
- book rooms and meeting equipment
- access your work contacts
You can access these services whether you're in the office, off campus or - using the mobile service - on the move.
Changes to name or gender details
If your name or gender has recently changed and you would like your University digital identity to reflect those changes, please get in contact with the IS Helpline. They will help you change your details in your online account to match your identity, including creating a new email alias for you if required. All changes will be handled by ISG staff and we will keep you informed and supported every step of the way. Contact the IS Helpline
