People and Money system

The University’s HR and Finance services can be accessed through the People and Money system.  

You can log in to complete everyday HR and finance tasks including:  

  • Making or approving payments.  

  • Purchasing goods and services.  

  • Claiming expenses or approving expenses claims.  

  • Managing your budgets.  

  • Finding your payslips for April 2022 onwards.  

  • View and directly amend your personal details, like your address, emergency contact details, bank details, payment methods, and phone number. 

  • Seeing, requesting or approving annual leave.    

  • If you’re a line manager or administrator, recording other types of leave on behalf of your staff and updating contracts.  

  • Applying for and recruiting to roles through the system.      

  • Processing guaranteed hours, additional hours and overtime payments.

  • Searching an up-to-date staff directory.  

  • Discovering learning opportunities, including expected learning for all staff.

  • Recording your skills and qualifications.

Accessing People and Money

You can access People and Money on a computer, tablet or smartphone. To log in, click the button below and choose the 'Company single sign-on' button. There is no need to enter your user ID or password in the fields below this button.  

This will take you to the University's login page where you can sign in with your staff login to access the People and Money homepage.   

You can also access People and Money by logging in to MyEd and navigating to 'My Information' or 'Staff Resources'.   

Please note:

  • Students employed as staff members at the University should use their staff MyEd login details to access People and Money.
