People and Money user guides

A library of user guides is available to support staff using People and Money and the new HR, payroll, finance and procurement processes the system supports. These guides include easy to follow, step-by-step instructions with screenshots of how to complete tasks in the system.

The guides, which are grouped by topic and user role, are below.

If you’re unsure which guide will best explain how to complete your task, use My Knowledge - People and Money's in-system bank of guidance - to search for your topic.

Articles in My Knowledge include details about specific processes and will highlight which user guides are most relevant.

My Knowledge remains your go-to destination for guidance and support in using the system and should be your first port of call with any questions.

You can also contact the HR Helpline through People and Money for dedicated support with your HR query or contact the Finance Helpline for dedicated support with your finance or procurement query.

This page holds the most current versions of the user guides, which are regularly updated. Further user guides will be added in due course. Please do not download and save copies locally - always access the user guides via My Knowledge or the links below.
