Access your timetable
Information about how to access your timetable to plan your schedule and work out where your teaching will take place
The University is committed to delivering 'whole-class' timetable information (e.g. lectures) and 'sub-group' timetable information (e.g. tutorials, labs etc.) to all students.
Your personalised timetable will show your teaching activities by date, time and week pattern and will help you plan your schedule and work out where your classes and lectures will be held.
Your timetable is shown on your Office 365 calendar that is linked to your University email address. If you are not sure how to access your email account we have added a guide below.
You can access your timetable through MyEd by clicking the following tabs: MyEd Homepage > Studies > My courses > Timetables
The advantages of viewing your timetable through MyEd:
- You can see your full academic year of scheduled teaching activities
- Instant changes to any teaching activity will show in this calendar
If nothing is showing on your personalised timetable please check with your School that your course enrolments have been processed.
If you have any questions, you contact your School directly.
Your Office 365 calendar will start showing your core teaching activities a week or two before the start of teaching.
Updates can take time to appear in your Office 365 calendar and will be inputted in scheduled phases, therefore you may only be able to see the first few weeks of semester two and it could take up until the end of December for the full semester two to show.
Changes to your schedule may take up to an hour to show in the Office 365 calendar whilst they will be instant on the MyEd web version (as above).
