Learning isn’t always comfortable, it is a process and a skill that you can continually practice throughout your degree.

Challenging your expectations of learning and being open to engaging with your studies in new ways will set up for your first year and towards your future career and wider activities.  

Transition Into University (Student Minds) 

In-class learning, lectures, tutorials or labs, only amounts to part of the learning that you will do at university. You will also need to develop independent learning skills.

You will be completely responsible for managing your own time, making sure there is time for study and meeting assessment deadlines, for work, for fun and for you.
