Bhutan, Nepal
If you are from Bhutan or Nepal and you have a Certificate of Secondary Education, you would normally be required to complete a foundation year before beginning an undergraduate programme at Edinburgh.
Applicants from Nepal to the College of Science and Engineering
Certificate of Higher Secondary School Education with an average of 4/5 plus successful completion of our internal admissions tests. A suitable English Language certificate is also required.
Maldives
Applicants with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma or A-Levels can be considered for admission to undergraduate degree programmes.
Other qualifications
Applicants with qualifications other than those listed above will usually be required to complete a Foundation Year before entering the University.
