Undergraduate entry requirements for applicants from Republic of Korea.
High School Diploma
The High School Diploma is not sufficient for direct entry undergraduate study at the University of Edinburgh (the College of Science and Engineering is an exception to this - please see the information on College of Science and Engineering below).
Applicants will be required to complete an appropriate Foundation Programme.
Applicants who have taken the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma or A Levels will be able to apply for undergraduate study.
College of Science and Engineering
Applicants with the High School Diploma including required subjects with overall average of 80% and 80% in required subjects will be considered for entry on successful completion of internal admissions tests. A suitable English Language certificate is also required.

Each course may have further specific entry requirements. All applicants must meet these requirements. Staff in the Admissions Offices will be able to provide further guidance.

All applicants are required to demonstrate a level of English language competency, regardless of their nationality or country of residence. These requirements are listed by programme.
