Lizi Hegarty wins SIGNET 2022: Scottish Immunology Group Network Symposium Poster Prize

Tissue Repair PhD student Lizi Hegarty received prize for her poster presentation at SIGNET.

Many congratulations to Lizi who received a prize for her poster 'Investigating intestinal macrophage heterogeneity and longevity in health and inflammation' at the SIGNET 2022 meeting, organised by the Scottish Immunology Group Network, part of the British Society for Immunology (BSI).

Lizi is a third year Tissue Repair PhD student in the lab of Dr Calum Bain, Centre for Inflammation Reseach, where she works on intestinal macrophage heterogeneity.

It was great to have the chance to present my research in person at SIGNET, and I was really delighted to win a poster prize.
