TEAMS 2019 Pump Priming award for Jennifer Cartwright
Jennifer Cartwright receives funding from The Edinburgh Association of Mass Spectrometrists.
Many congratulations to Jennifer on winning pump priming funding during a competition organised by The Edinburgh Association of Mass Spectrometrists (TEAMS). Jennifer is a third year Tissue Repair PhD student in the lab of Prof Adriano Rossi, at the Centre for Inflammation Research. The award (£500) enables Jennifer to use the CRF Mass Spectrometry Facility at the Queens Medical Research Institute, where she is based.
TEAMS unites five mass-spec facilities and one research lab across four campuses and the colleges of MVM and Science and Engineering in University of Edinburgh. They offer different areas of expertise and instrumentation, covering a wide range of separation and mass spectrometry techniques including metabolomics, lipidomics, proteomics, Imaging and Quantitative mass spectrometry. The facilities complement each other in terms of technology, software and expertise. TEAMS aims to put you in touch with the right lab to do your mass-spectrometry. If you want to know which facility is best for you, send an query/abstract to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
