Is there something on your mind?
The next opportunity for you to have your say in the running of the University will take place on Saturday 21 June 2014 as part of our alumni weekend abroad?
Since 1858 the General Council of the University of Edinburgh has enabled graduates to provide guidance to the University's governing body. General Council meetings happen twice a year and are an opportunity to play a part in an ancient democratic process.
The meeting includes a presentation from the Principal of the University of Edinburgh, Professor Sir Timothy O'Shea who will report on recent and upcoming developments at the University.
Based in Toronto?
By attending on 21 June, you have a unique opportunity to see first-hand how an ancient Scottish university combines tradition with sound governance in the 21st century.
