Out of Hours Charges
Information about Out-Of-Hours charges
If a room is required outside its normal opening hours then charges are applied to cover the costs involved.
These charges have 3 parts:
- Servitor - Covers the opening and closing of buildings and in some cases the setting up of the room.
- Cleaning - Covers the costs of cleaning the room after the event.
- Utilities - Covers power and heating for the venue.
All out of hour bookings by Student Societies will also be subject to a £20 admin fee.
For buildings not opened on weekends, a 4-hour minimum servitor charge will be applied.
