You will need to create an email entry in the staff directory
This may be down to the booking being cancelled and will show if you click 'include cancelled bookings?'. The other reason could be you are looking in the wrong year - bookings for each database year stay in separate 'my bookings'. If you click on the 'Click here for 20/21' then on 'my bookings' your bookings should now appear.
There are many ways to cutomise Enterprise and we can supply instructions on doing this.
If the TT logo appears on your task bar, move your cursor over the logo and in the pop up that appears do a right click and then select Maximise. Your Timetabler will then appear.
