Chargeable Bookings (Western General Hospital)
Room Hire Rates
Opening hours:
Rooms in the Medical Education Centre and the Anne Ferguson Building are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Bookings required outside of these hours will be dependant on support staff being available and will incur a charge.
Charges
Hourly Rates (VAT at 20% will be added to all prices quoted):

PC GUEST ACCOUNTS:
If required, these must be requested in writing, giving at least 5 working days notice. For bookings which fall into a charge band there will be a charge of £10 per PC. If requested less than 5 working days before required the set up charge will be £25 per PC.
CATERING
Catering can be arranged via the WGH catering department on 0131 537 1366.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
1. No bookings will be accepted unless an individual is identified to take responsibility for users.
2. All users must adhere to the safety and fire procedures for the Centre.
3. Users will be held responsible for any damage to facilities incurred during the period of their booking.
4. Users will leave the Centre tidy and in good order.
