You will need to create an email entry in the staff directory
This may be down to the booking being cancelled and will show if you click 'include cancelled bookings?'. The other reason could be you are looking in the wrong year - bookings for each database year stay in separate 'my bookings'. If you click on the 'Click here for 24/25' then on 'my bookings' your bookings should now appear.
