Postgraduate entry requirements for students from Mexico.

Students must have the equivalent of a very good UK Bachelor degree in order to be considered for direct admission to postgraduate study at the University of Edinburgh.

In order to apply for a Master's degree, students are expected to have completed at least 4 years of study at a good institution and obtained a Licenciatura or Título. Students are normally expected to have a minimum 8.0+ Bien on a 10 point scale.

PhD Programmes

Application to PhD study typically requires a masters degree in a related or relevant subject, and a research proposal.
