How we use your information when you are applying to the Insights Programme How we use your data The information you provide will be used by the University to discuss and assess your application form. The Insights Programme staff and selection committee will decide if your application has been successful based on the information that you submit in your application and your University student record. Your contact details will be used to inform you of a decision on your application. Even if you are unsuccessful we will contact you about opportunities that will be particularly relevant to you. Who we share information with Your Insights Programme application details will be shared with staff from the University of Edinburgh's Careers Service, Edinburgh Global, Widening Participation, and Development & Alumni who form the Insights Programme Student Selection Committee. How long we hold your information We will hold the personal data you provided us in your application for 12 months after you have submitted it. Questions?
