EdHelp provides help and support for students in the following areas:

  • Student Finance - Tuition fees/loans/scholarships
  • Student Administration - your student record/your student documents

Online Help

If you encounter any issues regarding EASE login, MyEd, email and Office 365, Learn and/or many more, there is an extensive technical and computing self-help section which provides answers to common questions and issues that students encounter.
