If you encounter any issues regarding EASE login, MyEd, email and Office 365, Learn and/or many more, there is an extensive technical and computing self-help section which provides answers to common questions and issues that students encounter.
IS Helpline
The IS Helpline and NorMAN Out-Of-Hours service combine to provide 24-hour support for University users, which you can contact either by telephone or using the online form.
