Reusable content

You can upload documents to EdWeb in a range of formats. It's important to make sure these are accessible.

You can publish a text block in more than one place by using a content asset.

You can set a single instance of a generic or personal contact box to appear in multiple places on your site.

Text-based content, including contact details, events and proxies can be shared by using a content asset.

You can add videos to your site using the University widget (via YouTube or Vimeo) or through the Media Hopper service.

Tech Users can add HTML blocks to the asset store to be reused. This is most commonly used for University widgets, for example the video publisher or a Twitter feed.
