Jonathan Mori - Digital Skills Trainer
Jonathan is responsible for professional programmes and is currently overseeing the development of the following areas:

Laura Arnautovic - Training Coordinator
Mahima Aggarwal - Training and Events Coordinator Intern
Mahima Aggarwal is a post-graduate law student serving as a Training and Event Coordinating Intern with the team.
Background:
Before coming to Edinburgh, Scotland, Mahima worked as an advocate in India.
Qualification:
Currently undertaking an LL.M in Commercial Law from the University of Edinburgh.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with ongoing event management and creating promotional content for the Digital Skills Programme.
- Supporting the team with planning and coordination of training events.
- Creating Social media content.
- Monitoring the IS Skills mailbox and dealing with basic queries.
Maksims Galkins - Digital Skills Trainer Intern
Maksims is a student trainer responsible for the delivery and maintenance of the 'Introduction to Python' and 'Python for Data Science' courses. Maksims also runs the 'Coding Club' alongside fellow Digital Skills Trainer Intern, Mustafa Tene Nzokou.
Riccardo Battilani - SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Trainer
Riccardo is the team's SharePoint and Microsoft 365 trainer. He is responsible for creating and delivering digital skills courses.
Shivani Rao - Digital Safety Officer
Shivani is the Digital Safety Officer within the team and works to promote a secure and inclusive digital environment for our staff and students. She runs various activities in digital safety, citizenship and wellbeing such as webinars, communications and collaborations with various teams at the University and external organisations.
Before starting at the University of Edinburgh, Shivani worked with organisations such as the Internet Education Foundation; United Nations Human Settlements Programme; Birkbeck, University of London; and the London School of Economics. She has contributed to projects on media ownership, internet policy, digital human rights, smart cities, digitisation policy, user-generated content and social media.
Qualifications:
MSc Media and Communications (Research), London School of Economics and Political Science
Bachelor of Mass Media (Journalism Specialisation), University of Mumbai
Tracy Steinberg - Learning and Development Specialist
Tracy is also responsible for creating and delivering digital skills courses and teaches the following courses:
