Additional Information for University Programmes
Local processes and deadlines for nominations will be provided by the Head of College/Services Group.
Individual’s agreement
I agree to:
- Commit to attending all the dates, rearranging other commitments where necessary
- Fully participating in the programme and contributing to a leadership learning community
- Completing the required pre-work
- Be open to personal and professional development by giving and receiving feedback honestly and supportively
- Respect and value the contribution of other participants, facilitators and contributors
- Take opportunities to consolidate and apply the learning in my role or career
- Review my learning and actions when appropriate (e.g annual review, or one to one meetings).
Head of School / Department’s agreement
I agree to:
- Have development discussions with all nominated staff
- Fully support any successful staff member before, during and after the programme
- Be open to personal and professional development by giving and receiving feedback honestly and supportively
- Respect and value the challenges brought back by participants
- Provide opportunities for participants to consolidate and apply the learning in their role or career
