Exchange or visiting applicants

Guidance for exchange or visiting applicants after your application has been submitted.

I haven't received an e-mail with a link to return to my application.

It is likely that in your previous attempts to apply, the system has not received enough information to generate the encrypted e-mail. Please try again, this time following the steps below:

  • From the Apply link, make your course selections and scroll down to near the bottom of the page and select 'Proceed'.
  • Complete the personal data section.
  • Continue through each page of the application until you see a button 'Save and return later'.
  • On selecting 'Save and Return later' your application will be stored and the system will send you an e-mail with a link enabling you to return to it at your leisure.
