Accessing the applicant hub and MyEd

Guidance for accessing MyEd and the applicant hub to track your submitted postgraduate or visiting student application.

Information on the following subjects can be found within this page:

Your university user name and password

Once we receive your application, you will be sent an e-mail with your University username and a registration password for your account on the University’s MyEd portal.  You will be given instructions on how to register and change your password.  Please keep a note of the password as you will need to log into MyEd again.

How do I register my University login details?

Registering with your University login will allow you to access MyEd, the University's web portal and manage your application via the Applicant Hub.

To register go to MyEd and click on the 'New users register with Your University Login' link.

Once you have completed the registration process, you will then be logged into MyEd and will see the 'My Application' or 'Studies' tab containing the EUCLID channel, then click the 'Manage my application(s)' button to open the Applicant Hub.

Please keep a note of the password you create while registering with Your University Login as you will need to log into MyEd again as your application progresses.

I can't register with Your University Login - my date of birth is incorrect

Please contact us via our Help request form at the bottom of this page and provide your correct date of birth.

We will then update the date of birth recorded on your application, allowing you to continue with registering your University login.

 

Where can I see my application?

You can track your application in the Applicant Hub which allows view your application and respond to requests for information to support your application.

  • Log into MyEd  and go to the My Application or Studies tab
  • Click the Manage my application(s) button to access your application via the Applicant Hub.

 

If you have previously applied to an Undergraduate programme, the 'Applicant Hub' link can be found in the left hand menu bar when you access EUCLID.

I have an unconditional offer - how do I get back to the Applicant Hub?

After you have accepted an unconditional offer, you will now see the student view of EUCLID. To return to the Applicant Hub and your intray, click the 'Applicant Hub' link in the left hand menu bar.

Alternatively, please login to MyEd and then go to Accounts > Progression > My student record. The 'Applicant Hub' link is on the left hand menu bar.

 

I have not received my username and password

Once you submit your application you should receive an e-mail detailing your University User Name (UUN) and registration password. If you have not received this don't worry; the system which creates these can take up to 48 hours to notify you. During peak periods, please allow up to 10 business days for your username and password to be delivered.

Please remember to check the junk or spam folder in your e-mail account.

 

My password doesn't work - the UUN is not recognised

The registration password may have been sent before your account was fully activated.  Please wait 24 hours after you receive the password.  If the account is not active by then please contact us via the 'Contact the IS Helpline' button on the
