How do I start the fee status questionnaire?
When you are in the MyEd system, under one of the tabs you will find a ‘Launch EUCLID’ button. Press this to enter the EUCLID portal. In the ‘Home’ page you will find a section labelled ‘Fees and Funding’ and within this there is a ‘My Tuition Fee Status’ link. Click this to enter. You will see some information about the Fee Status Questionnaire. In the section entitled 'What should I do if I think my fee status is incorrect or it has not been determined', click on the 'Fee Status Questionnaire' hyperlink to begin the questionnaire.
Can I start the fee status questionnaire and return to it later?
If you cannot complete the questionnaire in one session, you can close down the EUCLID portal and return to the questionnaire later. The information you have already keyed will have been retained. If you do this, the next time you login to EUCLID there will be a message in your ‘Intray’ on the ‘Home’ page labelled ‘Fee status questionnaire’. Click on this message. To re-enter the questionnaire click on the link at the bottom of the message labelled ‘FSQFORM’. You will be returned to the questionnaire page that you were working on before closing EUCLID.
What happens after I have submitted the fee status questionnaire?
When you have completed and submitted the questionnaire, you will receive another message in your Intray to indicate that the submission has been successful. You may need to press the ‘Click Here’ link to refresh your Intray messages in order to display this message. When our Fees Team have made a decision on your fee status, you will receive an email from us to advise you to login to EUCLID. You will find an Intray message notifying you of the fee status determination.
