Togetherall Online Demos for Staff
Togetherall is an online support network, available 24/7, guided by trained professions. It is free to staff at the University of Edinburgh.
They will be running 3 online demos on 12th, 18th and 24th January. This is a great opportunity to see the Togetherall platform in action, whether staff need a refresher or for new staff who could benefit from learning about Togetherall for the first time.

Top tips to help reduce time spent sitting
University of Edinburgh staff completed an online survey on sitting behaviour when working at home, as part of a project run by researchers from the Physical Activity for Health Research Centre (PAHRC), University of Edinburgh.
