Weekly Active Lives Social Run Sessions

Join our friendly and fun Active Lives team for a weekly run session starting from King’s Buildings campus.

This social session will provide an opportunity to meet like-minded people, stretch your legs after work or studies, and take time out for yourself, whilst building some activity into your day. Routes and distances will vary each week, and each session will be adapted to suit the ability of the group.

Open to all running abilities. However, if you are a complete beginner, we would recommend our 10-week Learn to Run programme

The benefits of running include improved physical fitness, mental toughness and social health and can help reduce the effects of stress.

Weekly Active Lives Social Run Sessions  – Kings Building 

When: Starting Tuesday 19 September 2023

Time: 6pm to 7pm 

Location: Meet outside the main entrance to the Nucleus Building

Duration: One hour every Tuesday until the end of November
