Weekly Active Lives Jogging Sessions

Join our Active Lives team for some engaging FREE running sessions

Let’s have fun with running and not take it too seriously. These sessions will help you get out and get active during your lunch break. You’ll meet like-minded people, you’ll be supported by run leaders, and most importantly have fun! Sessions are suitable for beginners or those returning after an injury.

The benefits of running include improved physical fitness, mental toughness and social health and can help reduce the effects of stress.

Weekly Active Lives jogging session – Easter Bush Campus

When: Starting Thursday 13 January 2023

Time: 12pm to 1pm 

Location: Meet outside the main entrance to Charnock Bradley Building

Duration: Every Thursday for 6 weeks
