Just Play Sport Sessions

The just play sport sessions are open to all our University students and staff of all abilities and are an opportunity to try a new sport, get active and make new friends.

These sessions are free and allow our students and staff to play various sports while being coached by one of our Active Lives Assistants.

Just Play – Football at Peffermill

Join our Active Lives team for a Friday evening Just Play Football session at Peffermill. You’ll learn the basics of football through drills and small games, and meet new friends, whilst having lots of fun! 

These football sessions are part of a progressive 6-week block and are open to everybody, including complete beginners.

Where and when:

Every Friday from 5pm to 6pm at Peffermill Playing Fields 

Just Play Sport Sessions

Our Just Play sessions will offer the below sports

  1. Volleyball
  2. Basketball
  3. Badminton
  4. Pickleball (NEW for 23/34, dates coming soon)

Where and when:

Every Monday from 11am to 12pm  in the Sports Hall at the Pleasance Sports Complex & Gym 

What do I need to bring?

A pair of comfy trainers, a water bottle, and a smile.
