Managing and Leading Conservation Projects

This course is designed to strengthen the project management and leadership skills of conservation and natural resource professionals who are currently, or will be, managing staff and projects often under challenging conditions.

This 5 week online course  is designed for conservation practitioners and postgraduate students who are seeking their first introduction to management and leadership training within the context of wildlife conservation, as well as researchers charged with developing and managing diverse research teams. The course will draw on the theory and practice of management and leadership and applies it to the context of wildlife conservation projects.
