Payment options: how to pay

Once you receive an accommodation offer from the University Housing Team, you’ll need to choose an approved payment method to accept your contract. The available options are:

• Instalments by Direct Debit
• Instalments by recurring card payments
• Sponsored student payments
• Pay in full

You can choose to pay your accommodation fees upfront at the start of the academic year, or spread the cost through monthly or semester instalments. Your payment plan must be selected when you accept your accommodation offer.

You should make sure your accommodation fees and living costs are fully planned before starting your programme of study.

For university-managed accommodation, payments are made through the Finance Channel on MyEd. Fees for private student accommodation are paid according to the terms and conditions set out in your lease.
