How to change in Maintain Course Enrolment Rules

You can change the selection status in bulk for students, courses or programmes through this tool.

Process Summary

  1. Open the Maintain Course Enrolment Rules tool in EUCLID
  2. Complete the search criteria and click search
    • You must select an academic year
    • Complete the rest of the details depending on what you want to retrieve
    • Once you have chosen your criteria it will display on the right hand side of the screen
  3. Filter and select the records you want to update
  4. Choose the new select status
    • You can change the programme year and enrolment rule at the bottom of the screen
  5. Click update selected and confirm the changes
