Justin Arbuthnott PhD Scholarship in Modern Irish History
One scholarship will be awarded to an outstanding applicant proposing to undertake a PhD in modern Irish history full-time at the University of Edinburgh.
The Sheila Cannell Postgraduate Scholarship
One scholarship of £2,000 will be awarded to an applicant accepted onto a one year Masters programme within the School of History, Classics and Archaeology.
The William R McFarlane Scholarship
The Migration and Diaspora Hub at the Edinburgh Centre for Global History (ECGH) invites applications for the William R. McFarlane Scholarship from candidates who meet the relevant criteria and are accepted onto a PhD programme in the School of History, Classics and Archaeology commencing in the academic year 2019-2020.
Jenny Balston Scholarship
The scholarship will be awarded to a student who is accepted for admission in 2019-2020 on a full-time basis for a PhD in History (i.e. History, Scottish History, Economic and Social History).
