The University Listening Service will be offering 24/7 support for all staff and students, and is contactable through the University Security Team on 0131 650 2257.

The Residence Life Team will be organising a small number of events over the Winter break. These events will be advertised via email and on the University’s Residence Life Facebook pages.

Any urgent wellbeing concerns can be raised through the Community Support Team on 0131 667 1971 and they can provide assistance or escalate to the on-call Residence Life Team.

Any non-urgent concerns can be emailed to reslife@ed.ac.uk who will respond within 72 hours.

All lockouts, maintenance issues, noise complaints, immediate safety or security issues should be directed to the Community Support Team on 0131 667 1971 or security24-7@ed.ac.uk.
