IS Relationship Management
The IS Relationship Management team’s remit is:
- Strengthening relationships between the University community and Information Services Group (ISG).
Continuing to grow their understanding of the distinctive value that each College/School/Unit/Department brings to the University.
Promoting the uptake and use of ISG services.
Helping stakeholders across the University access the maximum value from ISG common services.
At present the IS Relationship Management is working largely remotely. Email is the preferred mode of contact. Our team address can be used for Relationship Management queries not specific to the areas outlined below.
Relationship Management services using CRM processes are provided by our colleagues in Enterprise Architecture.
