What does “nutrition” mean? How can meals be planned easily and with less pressure? Each person needs the same essential nutrients, but the amount needed varies depending on many factors. Learn about the nutrients that people need, the food sources of nutrients from all different food groups, the non-nutrient content of foods, and the social challenges of how we eat and talk about eating.
