Our staff and students value working on ‘real world’ opportunities and challenges, and would be happy to discuss your research and consultancy project needs.
The Roslin Innovation Centre, at the heart of our campus, hosts many partner bioscience companies. We are research partners of the Cool Farm Alliance – a partnership of global leading agrifood and supply companies working on sustainability of the food supply chain .
We are partners in three Innovation centres, two with facilities on our Easter Bush campus:
- Centre of Innovation Excellence in Livestock (CIEL) – a consortium of over 40 industry members and 12 research providers
- Agri-EPI - consortium of over 70 global and local agricultural technology and precision farming companies and research providers
- Scottish Aquaculture Innovation Centre – a consortium of over 60 industry partners and 17 research and education providers in the aquaculture sector
- Cool Farm Alliance (CFA) - a not-for-profit member organisation that owns and operates the Cool Farm Tool (CFT)
