Language Education (MSc/PgDip)
The MSc Language Education is a programme situated within the field of education and is interdisciplinary in nature across applied linguistics, culture, pedagogy, and language policy.
Language is at its core, a plural construct that incorporates different linguistic aspects such as language structure, language awareness and use, interculturality and pluriliteracies. This programme will develop your knowledge and critical awareness of how we teach languages, how we learn languages and how we use languages, in order to enable you to best teach the languages you know. This programme encompasses all languages including English as a foreign or additional language, European languages, Mandarin and other world languages, Sign Languages, as well as heritage, community, or regional languages.
