Problem
Male fertility has reduced by over 57% since 1973 and no-one knows why because there is insufficient data. Until now, experts have relied on visual assessment of samples using an optical microscope. Time consuming and imprecise, the topic of male fertility has received scant attention because current tools are not fit for purpose.
Solution
The Dynescan semen analyser is the first to provide clinicians with unique insights into how motility is sustained in quasi- in-vivo conditions. Clinicians will be able to make data driven decisions to improve assisted conception treatments and develop a suite of new services to improve male reproductive health through nutrition and medication.
