Please note the status given here is not guaranteed. We consider each application individually, based on the answers you give in your fee status questionnaire after you apply for your degree programme.
If you are not a UK, EU, EEA or Swiss national
If you live in Scotland
This applies to non-UK, EU, EEA or Swiss nationals living in Scotland on the relevant date who have no time limit on their residence in the UK and who meet the residency conditions of 3 years in the UK. Residence in the UK must not be solely attributable to the purpose of receiving education.

If you live in England, Wales or Northern Ireland
This applies to non-UK, EU, EEA or Swiss nationals living in the rest of the UK on the relevant date who have no time limit on their residence in the UK and who meet the residency conditions of 3 years in the UK. Residence in the UK must not be solely attributable to the purpose of receiving education.

This applies to non-UK, EU, EEA or Swiss nationals living in the UK who only have permission to stay in the UK for a specific period of time. This also applies to those holding only a visa confirming their stay in the UK.

Asylum seeker and refugees
This applies to those recognised as an asylum seeker by the UK government, who have been living in the UK since then and who are still living in the UK on the relevant date.
We also offer tuition fee and living cost support to those most in need who are seeking asylum.
