COL Launches Mentoring Programme for Artists

Short Courses at the Centre for Open Learning launches a mentoring programme for creative practitioners.

Short Courses at the Centre for Open Learning has launched a new and exciting programme to help emerging artists forge a path forward.

The Mentoring Programme - Art & Design has been created to put artists in touch with mentors to connect and discuss their practice. Set up to help those who are looking for support to get back on track, reinvigorate their ideas or work on new projects, the programme pairs artists with mentors at the Centre for Open Learning. Mentors can offer support in writing proposals, navigate funding or simply bounce ideas off.

The programme allows artists to connect with a mentor; a one-to-one meeting with an artist or designer, allowing you space and time to engage in a focused discussion about your practice. No matter what stage an artist is at, either just starting out in the Arts, a recent graduate or professional artists, we can offer support, tailored to your individual needs.
