Edinburgh: Extraordinary futures await.

Postgraduate Online Learning Essentials

The Postgraduate Online Learning Essentials event runs twice a year and offers a general introduction to online study at the University of Edinburgh.

Who can attend

If you would like to get an idea of what it’s like to study for a postgraduate qualification online with us, then come along to this event.

This event is held exclusively online, so you will be able to attend no matter where you are located.

I felt like I got a feeling for the culture. I trust the value of the online teaching more now that I have heard testimonials and seen/heard people that work at the university.

Join us live or watch a recording

The sessions will take place at UK local time (Greenwich Mean Time, or GMT), so please check what time the sessions will take place in your local time zone.

You will get the most out of this event by attending the live sessions, as you will have the chance to participate and ask questions.

However, the event will also be recorded. If you register but can’t make the live event, you will be sent a link to these recordings so you can watch them in your own time.
