Correcting an error in the review

The student or Principal Supervisor has made an error when completing the review and would like to correct it.

It's quite common for a student to forget to upload a document to their review, or the Principal Supervisor has selected the wrong recommendation.

  • Once each part of the annual review has been completed and it has been submitted, the review will be sent to the person at the next stage in the process.
  • This can be seen in the Annual Review Workflow.
  • Additional Supervisors will be able to return the annual review to the Principal Supervisor so they can correct their error.
  • The Principal Supervisor will be able to return the review to the student.
  • When the student or Principal Supervisor resubmits the annual review it will proceed as normal.
