Issues that staff bring to counselling
Staff approach our Service with a wide range of issues (not all work related) and we can respond sensitively to a diverse range of concerns people may have.
Some typical concerns that staff bring to counselling are:
- managing change and transitions
- relationship difficulties
- depression
- harassment and bullying
- anxiety
- bereavement or loss
- stress which is interfering with the ability to function effectively at work or home
- personal problems at home or work
- alcohol or drug use
